How to use it:

  • For Gelato and Ice Cream, Add 80 to 100 gr of paste per 1 kg ice cream base before churning. Start with 80 gr and adjust to taste for a pure Strawberry taste.
  • For Rolled Ice Cream, Add 1 oz of Strawberry flavor to 5 oz of cream, mix, spread, and roll.
  • For liquid nitrogen ice cream, add 5 oz of cream to your bowl and 1 oz of strawberry flavor to mix, and freeze.


Storage:

Keep the closed container out of the sun in a dry place. Once the container is opened, it's best to keep it refrigerated.
