Rolled Ice Cream
It is a trend to prepare ice cream that has become quite popular, mainly in fast food street stalls.  It consists of working the gelato mixture to a point slightly more solid than its regular creamy texture, and then spreading strips of ice cream on a flat surface. Finally, you must collect them with a spatula forming small spirals.  It is an interesting presentation served in tubs or cookie baskets. It can take only a couple of minutes to achieve this effect and the result is very striking, especially if you decorate it with pieces of fruit.

Soft ice cream Cannolis
Sicilian cannolis are tubes of dough that can be filled with various types of ingredients, both sweet and savory.  They are extremely easy to make, since you can fill them directly with the soft ice cream dispenser of your machine and they will offer you a great option to offer to your customers.  You can garnish them with syrup, whipped cream, and strawberry pieces, or whatever toppings or toppings you have available.

Liquid Center Palettes
Popsicles have been talking about for a long time since there has been a great boom in innovation regarding this dessert. For this reason, it's time to get out of the classic patterns and unleash your imagination with liquid center palettes.
They are very easy to make, you just have to empty the mold after the edges have solidified and fill the popsicle with the liquid or cream of your choice. Remember that they must be similar flavors so that your recipe is harmonious and has good receptivity.  The creativity you put into your creations is what will make them eye-catching and amazing: you can use exotic flavors, syrup mixes and even liqueurs if you have permission to put them in your store.

Iced Chocolate Soufflé
This ice cream requires more complicated preparation than other more common types of ice cream. However, it represents an incredible option for your menu.  It consists of the famous chocolate soufflé but with a cold treatment. The advantage is that despite being frozen, it still retains the smooth and delicate texture that characterizes this dessert. You can garnish it with whipped cream and fruit.  The flavor of this ice cream can be variable, however, make sure that the decoration is smooth so that it does not clash with its texture.

Ice Cream Spaghetti
It is not a strange flavor, but it is one of the most fun, creative and simple presentations that your customers can enjoy. It consists of passing the ice cream mixture through a pasta press to give it that peculiar shape, then you cover it with strawberry syrup to simulate tomato sauce and voila, spaghetti ice cream!
If you want to complement this ice cream, you can decorate it with grated coconut or pieces of white chocolate to give the appearance of grated cheese.
