It is incredible the number of new and creative recipes that we can invent with this fabulous ingredient such as ice cream. We just have to let our imagination fly and the colors and flavors will come by themselves.

Here we share some fabulous dishes that will surely keep your customers happy, of course dishes prepared with the best quality ice cream mixture such as Aussieblends® and its wide range of products.

Apple pie with vanilla ice cream
This dish is cooked with a base of Desserts and belongs to the dishes of the Traditional cuisine. As a general rule, it is consumed, mainly, throughout the year, and is usually served to diners as Dessert.

Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut them into pieces and place them in a container. Add the sugar and eggs, as well as the milk. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and blend with the blender until you get a homogeneous cream. Pour into a buttered mold. Bake at 180 degrees for about 60 minutes and remove. We wait for it to cool down and serve with the Aussieblends® vanilla ice cream.

Caramelized mango cream with coconut ice cream
This dish is cooked with a base of Desserts and belongs to the dishes of the Traditional cuisine. As a general rule, it is consumed, mainly, throughout the year, and is usually served to diners as Dessert.

We peel the mangos and chop them. Sprinkle them with a little lime juice and grind them. Blend the cheese with the yogurt and add the ginger, brown sugar and a pinch of lime zest to the mix.  Finally, we add the mango to this preparation and mix everything well. We distribute it in individual molds and leave them in the freezer for two hours.  After that time, we take the dessert out of the freezer, sprinkle sugar on top and burn it with a blowtorch or iron until it caramelizes.  Let the containers cool again in the fridge, decorate them with a scoop of Aussieblends® coconut ice cream and serve.

Tzatziki with yogurt ice cream and trout caviar
This dish is cooked with a base of vegetables and legumes and belongs to the traditional cuisine dishes. As a general rule, it is consumed, mainly, throughout the year, and is usually served to diners as a first course.

Peel the cucumbers, cut them lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut them into cubes and add a pinch of salt. Let them drain over a colander to release the water.  In the glass of the blender, put the cucumbers, the mint and the chopped garlic and the olive oil. We beat everything until there is a smooth cream. Add the lemon juice and a pinch of pepper and finish beating.  Let the mixture cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.  When serving, we put the sauce at the base of the plate, on top we put a ball of Aussieblends® yogurt ice cream and on top of it, some trout roe.

Cold orange soup with ice cream and strawberries
This dish is cooked with a base of Desserts and belongs to the dishes of the Traditional cuisine. As a general rule, it is consumed, mainly, throughout the year, and is usually served to diners as Dessert.

While the gelatin is melting, we obtain some apple balls with a small ball punch. Pour the orange soup, previously chilled in the fridge and not completely gelatinized, over a deep plate. On top of the soup we have the apple balls and the raspberries. Accompany with a scoop of cream and Aussieblends® strawberry ice cream and sprinkle some chocolate shavings at the last moment.
