AussieBlends – USA Return Policy
At AussieBlends, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. The following return policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return shipping cost
Returns are free. AussieBlends provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. There are no return shipping charges.
Restocking fee
None. We do not charge a restocking fee on any return.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
What can be returned
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, including:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect or wrong items received
- Unopened, non-defective items in their original condition
Item condition
To be eligible, items must be unopened and in their original, new condition and packaging. For food-safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned.
How to return (by mail)
- Contact us at info@aussieblends.com or +1-305-563-8787 within 30 days of delivery to start your return.
- Provide your order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, a photo.
- We will email you a free prepaid return label to download and print.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and mail it back using the provided label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Items not eligible for return
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Returns sent without a prepaid label or without first starting the return with us
