In a clean bucket, add 4.0 liters of cold potable water or 4.5 liters of milk for a richer soft serve.

Open one bag of the mix and dispense into the liquid while mixing with a wire whisk or immersion blender. To create flavored varieties, add either X-Flavors concentrated flavorings (2.5 oz / 70g per bag) or Dolce Delizia gourmet pastes & fruit purees (min. 400g per bag for a super premium result) at this stage.

Mix thoroughly
Mix for at least 40 seconds until all powder has been completely dissolved.

Refrigerate to emulsify
Keep the mix in a refrigerator for 10 minutes to increase emulsification and improve texture.

Before adding the mix into the machine, whisk vigorously again for 10 seconds.
