Milkshake & Cocktail Recipes

Preparation Process

For 16oz serving: Fill a 16 oz cup with ice, add up to ¾ of the cup with water and pour into blender. Add 2 scoops (80gi Velvet Dairy Frappe base and blend on high for 30 seconds* or until smooth. Pour into serving glass and decorate as desired. Blender times may vary depending on blender used. 

Nutella Milkshake

  1. In a blender add a 16 oz Cup filler with Ice and water (3/4 of the cup) 
  2. Add 1 oz of Nutella
  3. Add 80 grams of Velvet Dairy Frappe base
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Serve, and add extra toppings, or syrups 

Apple Cinnamon Milkshake

  1. In a blender add a 16 oz Cup filler with Ice and water (3/4 of the cup) 
  2. Add 1 peeled apple without seeds, add cinnamon powder
  3. Add 80 grams of Velvet Dairy Frappe base
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Serve, top the milkshake with cinnamon, and decorate with cinnamon 

Strawberry Banana Milkshake

  1. In a blender add a 16 oz Cup filler with Ice and water (3/4 of the cup) 
  2. Add 3 Strawberries and half a banana
  3. Add 80 grams of Velvet Dairy Frappe base
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Serve and decorate with strawberries 

Cookies & Cream Milkshake

  1. In a blender add a 16 oz Cup filler with Ice and water (3/4 of the cup) 
  2. Add 5 Oreo Cookies
  3. Add 80 grams of Velvet Dairy Frappe base
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Serve and decorate with more Oreo cookies

Choco-Rum Cocktail

  1. In a blender add a 16 oz Cup filler with Ice and water (3/4 of the cup) 
  2. Add 1 oz of Coconut Rum
  3. Add 40 grams of Velvet Dairy Frappe base and 40 Grams of 30% AOB Chocolate
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Serve 1/2 glass, add a layer of whipping cream, and serve the other half of the glass

Pina Colada Cocktail

  1. In a blender add a 16 oz Cup filler with Ice and water (3/4 of the cup) 
  2. Add 1/4 cup shredded coconut or coconut cream, 1/4 cup Pineapple, 1/4 cup white RUM
  3. Add 80 grams of Velvet Dairy Frappe base
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Serve and decorate with pineapple

Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail

  1. In a blender add a 16 oz Cup filler with Ice and water (3/4 of the cup) 
  2. Add 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 3/4 cup of RUM 
  3. Add 80 grams of Velvet Dairy Frappe base
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Serve and decorate with strawberries
