  • LN2DS-V002 Liquid Nitrogen Dispensing: Stainless Steel system with a hard anodized aluminum case can withstand up to 1.000 PSI pressure of Liquid Nitrogen. This is the only system made and assembled in the USA, no Chinese parts.
  • Color: LN2DS-V002's original color is Silver.
  • LN2DS-V002 Service: The LN2DS-V002 was designed for low maintenance. Minor clean-up is required at the end of each day.
  • Production Capacity: The LN2DS-V002 mixer can dose liquid Nitrogen for 16 oz of ice cream. Can make up to 45 servings per hour.
  • Phase Separator: The proprietary stainless steel phase separator can filter particles up to 80 microns. The phase separator safeguards the prepared food by preventing particles from the tank from being mixed with the ice cream. The system comes with two (2) extra phase separators.
  • Hygiene: Easy to clean and maintain.
