BASIC PREPARATION:
- Pour 500 milliliters of water (37.5% of the cream) into a food-grade mixing bucket or other mixing container suitable for preparing food.
- Add 500 milliliters of fruit (37.5% of the cream),
- Add 270 gr of Sugar (20% of the cream),
- Open a 2.0 kg bag of DOLCE DELIZIA 100 GELATO MIX and add 70 gr (5.5% of the cream) into the bucket while mixing for about 60 seconds or until all the solids and flavor have dissolved.
- Allow the cream to stand for 10 minutes. Whisk vigorously before using it.
