BASIC PREPARATION:
- Pour 670 milliliters of sugar-free, non-dairy milk (67.0% of the cream) into a food-grade mixing bucket or other mixing container suitable for preparing food.
- Open a bag of DOLCE DELIZIA 250V-SF GELATO MIX, and add 250 gr (25.0% of the cream) into the bucket;
- Add 80 gr of anhydrous flavor paste or concentrated flavor (Flavor is 8% of the cream when anhydrous flavor is used) while mixing for about 60 seconds or until all the solids and flavor have dissolved.
- Allow the cream to stand for 10 minutes. Whisk vigorously before using it.
INGREDIENTS: Maltitol, Sorbitol, Vegetable Fibers, Emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids propylene glycol, esters of fatty acids, potassium salts of fatty acids), Stabilizers (guar gum, tara gum, carboxymethylcellulose).
