BASIC PREPARATION:
Pour 1.0 liter of Whole Milk (72% of the cream) into a food-grade mixing bucket or other mixing container suitable for preparing food;
Open a 1.6 kg bag of DOLCE DELIZIA COMPLETA 400 GELATO MIX, pour 400 gr (28% of the cream) into the bucket while mixing,
Add FLAVOR, and keep mixing for about 60 seconds or until all the solids and flavor have dissolved. Allow the cream to stand for 10 minutes.
Whisk vigorously before using it.
