BASIC PREPARATION:
Pour 670 milliliters of sugar-free, non-dairy milk (approximately 67.0% of the cream) into a food-grade mixing bucket or other suitable container for preparing food.
Open a bag of DOLCE DELIZIA 250V-SF GELATO MIX, and add 250 g (25.0% of the cream) into the bucket;
Add 80 g of anhydrous flavor paste or concentrated flavor (the Flavor is 8% of the cream when anhydrous flavor is used) while mixing for about 60 seconds, or until all the solids and flavor have dissolved.
Allow the cream to stand for 10 minutes. Whisk vigorously before using it.
