In a clean bucket, add 3.0 liters of potable water.

Add the powder
Open one bag of the mix and dispense into the liquid while mixing with a wire whisk or immersion blender.

Mix thoroughly
Mix for at least 40 seconds until all powder has been completely dissolved, if you want add flavoring and mix for another 15 seconds.

Refrigerate to emulsify
Keep the mix in a refrigerator for 10 minutes to increase emulsification and improve texture.

Whisk before loading
Before adding the mix into the machine, whisk vigorously again for 10 seconds.

Load the machine
