Add water
In a clean bucket, add 3.0 liters of cool, clean water for all applications — soft serve, Italian gelato, rolled, hard frozen treat and liquid nitrogen ice cream.

Add powder mix & flavor (if required)
Open one bag of the mix and dispense into the water while mixing with a wire whisk or immersion blender. The coconut base is ready to serve as-is, or you can add X-Flavors concentrated flavorings (2.5 oz / 70g per bag) or Dolce Delizia gourmet pastes & fruit purees (80–100g per kg of mix) at this stage.

Mix thoroughly
Mix for at least 40 seconds until all powder has been completely dissolved.

Refrigerate to emulsify
Keep the mix in a refrigerator for 10 minutes to increase emulsification and improve texture.

Whisk before loading
Before adding the mix into the machine, whisk vigorously again for 10 seconds.
