I have tried many different plant based ice cream options. This is easily one of the best. Aussie blends is easy to make and versatile base for anything you wish to make. The texture is creamy and think. The flavors they offer match many of the classic ice creams. What set it over the top of most plant base options is that Aussie blend can be frozen solid over night. Many plant based options become icey and hard to scoop, but this product holds its texture

I came upon Aussie Blends when I was still making Ice cream from my house as a hobby a couple of years ago and have loved their mixes ever since! I recently opened a scoop shop in November of 2024. I'm not currently using Aussie Blends ice cream diary mix, however, when I opened up my shop I needed to find a good quality non dairy mix. I went straight to Aussie Blends! I use the Vegan mix with unsweetened coconut milk and the non dairy customers are loving it! They are surprised that there is no coconut back flavor like other non dairy ice creams. Im sure whatever Aussie Blends mix you decide on, you will love it as much as my customers and I do!
